What type of athlete will benefit from a well-planned conditioning program? Who can benefit from resistance training, cardiovascular
training, and flexibility? What sports need emphasis on strength, speed, power? How can I become a better athlete? Can I improve my ____________? (You name it.)
These are the types of questions that we, at Fantasy Fit, Inc., hear everyday from athletes of all ages and competitive levels. No matter what your sport of choice or your level of competition, a well-trained
and conditioned athlete is a better athlete. Gone are the days of the old myths that "weight training and conditioning will ruin my game." Informed athletes and professional athletic staffs of coaches,
conditioning specialists, sports medicine doctors and trainers all know that the fitness and conditioning portion of an athlete's training program is just as vital as his or her daily skill practice. Scientific
research has shown us that this is a fact that can no longer be disputed. At Fantasy Fit, Inc. our full-time staff members combined coaching experience equals
fifty-four seasons of high school level or higher. We also employ current professional coaches as part-time Fantasy Fit, Inc., employees in order to make sure that the largest variety of sports
as possible is represented. We want you to benefit from our years of experience that includes everything from teaching young children the basics to coaching championship teams.
